Requirements
~1 min read- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Eligible for an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Minimum 3 months of experience assisting with personal care.
- A passion for helping others.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist with daily activities.
- Effective communication.
- Willingness to maintain all required training and certifications.
