What You’ll Do
The Associate, Client Service is an integral part of APC’s institutional business development team. This individual will provide support in gathering and organizing data used across the product suite, assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reporting for institutional portfolios, and help the relationship management team with client service needs.

Qualifications:
Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 plus discretionary bonus.
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various aspects of internal business development functions under close supervision.
- Including, but not limited to:
- Collect and organize fixed income strategy and vehicle-level data and performance attribution for use in marketing materials, commentary, factsheets, presentations, and client requests.
- Support the preparation and distribution of client deliverables and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as directed.
- Support the internal relationship management team with research and client requests.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects related to marketing APC’s products as assigned.
- Work with tools such as Bloomberg, FactSet, eVestment, and standardized reports.

Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of industry related experience; internships or coursework in finance or business are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in any discipline; finance, economics, business, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Familiarity with FactSet, Bloomberg, Pitchbook or eVestment is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail and a sense of ownership of responsibilities assigned.
- Interest in learning about fixed income markets.
- Team-oriented approach and ready to contribute wherever needed.
- Openness to evolving responsibilities as business needs change and skills develop.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
