SPS Global is seeking a dependable and hands-on Client Services Lead – Facilities Operations to support workplace maintenance, office moves, and day-to-day facilities coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving, takes pride in maintaining professional workspaces, and can work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and service-oriented, with experience supporting office facilities, workplace maintenance, and general handyman responsibilities.


The Client Services Lead – Facilities Operations is responsible for performing a variety of workplace maintenance and facilities support tasks in accordance with company procedures and operational standards.

This role supports office operations by maintaining clean, safe, and functional workspaces while assisting with office moves, furniture assembly, repairs coordination, and general facilities upkeep. The position requires strong follow-through, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, water filters, and other facility components as needed
  • Walk office floors regularly to identify and remove marks from walls, doors, and glass surfaces
  • Clean spills and address water leaks promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of unassigned and common areas
  • Monitor restrooms daily and report maintenance issues to leadership
  • Assist with office moves, including packing office contents and moving furniture
  • Unpack and assemble office furniture as needed
  • Replace chairs and reorganize office spaces when required
  • Hang pictures and support workspace setup requests
  • Remove and break down empty boxes from corridors and freight areas
  • Consolidate debris and transport materials to dumpsters when appropriate
  • Monitor freight areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Report maintenance-related concerns to the Facilities Lead
  • Follow through on open assignments and communicate task completion
  • Support special projects and operational requests as needed
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients and staff
  • Maintain flexibility with schedules and workload demands, including overtime when necessary

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage physical and operational tasks in a fast-paced office environment

Nice to Have
