The Investigator 3 plays a vital role in supporting the agency’s mission to protect the public from workers' compensation fraud and ensure employer compliance with workers' compensation insurance requirements. Operating within the Legal Division’s Fraud and Compliance Unit, this position is responsible for conducting complex, statewide investigations involving alleged workers' compensation fraud and uninsured employer compliance referrals.
