Armis is looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within our organization, while also managing deployments to production environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Project management Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technological projects -  understands project’s goals and details, proficient in crafting project roadmaps, overseeing scope, backlog, and timelines, monitoring crucial milestones, managing KPIs, and navigating essential dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Establish continuous improvement as part of the culture, processes and tools.
  • Define and enforce best practices and standards for the production environments operations.
  • Facilitate and guide R&D teams in the release planning and delivery process, ensuring effective collaboration & execution while defining and implementing best practices and tools.
  • Ensure cross organizational communication and process coordination, serving as the focal point for project health visibility and strategic status reporting to senior executives
  • Identify problems by observing and studying system functions and performance results.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in Technical Program Management in technology companies, with proven experience in SaaS product lifecycles.
  • Proven experience in coordinating cross functional teams in global companies.
  • Deep understanding with software development lifecycle, scrum management (agile) and release management best practices.
  • Understanding of the development and maintenance processes of SaaS products.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve release related issues, risks and conflicts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the adaptability to effectively navigate constraints, manage conflicting, and deliver under pressure. With ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding and experience managing cloud-based platforms such as AWS  - an advantage.
  • Fluent in English - writing and speaking.
