We are seeking a Scientist to join our growing In Vivo-Biology team. We are also open to relocating new colleagues to Oslo! In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our innovative pipeline of targeted radiotherapies designed to revolutionize cancer treatment.

  • Design, execute, and interpret in vivo studies to evaluate the activity and therapeutic potential of radioligand candidates, and communicate findings through high-quality documentation and presentations.
  • Partner with CROs, academic collaborators, and industry partners to deliver studies supporting the discovery, characterization, and optimization of radiotherapeutics.
  • Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, engaging internal stakeholders to inform strategy and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Provide scientific and operational leadership for in vivo components of project teams, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory protocols and safety procedures in alignment with regulatory, ethical, and radiation-protection standards.
  • Remain current with scientific advancements, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices within the radiopharmaceutical and in vivo research fields.
  • Contribute to the scientific community through authorship of peer-reviewed publications and by representing ARTBIO at conferences via oral or poster presentations.
  • PhD or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences, pharmacology, radiochemistry, medical physics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with small-animal oncology models (mice and rats), supported by certified training in laboratory animal science (FELASA Category C, CAREiN, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the evaluation and development of radiopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in preclinical biodistribution and efficacy assessments using molecular imaging, ex vivo biodistribution, and related techniques.
  • Working knowledge of dosimetry is an advantage.
  • Prior experience managing external collaborations or CRO-based studies is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational and communication capabilities.
  • A creative, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a fast-paced, agile, small-company environment.
