Machine Operator

• →Operate and maintain beverage manufacturing equipment, including size and flavour changes.
• →Monitor product quality, completing testing, calibration and reporting to ensure compliance.
• →Conduct daily cleaning, inspections and corrective maintenance to maintain efficiency.
• →Support preventative maintenance and shutdowns to rebuild equipment to standard.
• →Coach and guide team members, contributing to a culture of performance and improvement.
• →Champion safety, quality and asset care in every aspect of work.

• Proven experience operating and maintaining production line equipment, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality.
• Confident communicator with the ability to coach and collaborate in a team.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Manufacturing exposure highly regarded.
• Comfortable with computer systems for reporting and process management.
