→Punctuality & Desk Presence: Strict adherence to your scheduled shift times. Because attendees rely heavily on this dedicated resource, remaining at the desk and ready to assist during your shift is critical
→Physical Adaptability: Comfort with staying seated at a stationary service desk for the duration of a multi-hour shift
→Aptitude for Learning: A proven ability to quickly memorize venue layouts, ADA-compliant routes, and internal convention accommodation policies during staff training
→Professionalism & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills to handle interactions with a diverse group of attendees with absolute patience, discretion, and a reassuring demeanor
