→Attention to Detail: Strict reliability when reading location codes, navigating venue layouts, and double-checking placements against the sign index
→Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk extensive venue distances, bend, lift, and carry bulky sign stands or stacks of physical media during setup and breakdown days
→Punctuality & Shift Reliability: Strict adherence to setup and teardown schedules; venue signage must be fully deployed before attendees arrive on site
