→Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team of staff or volunteers, delegate shifts under fast-paced night conditions, and maintain high team morale
→Organizational & Administrative Skills: Strong logistical prowess; you must be highly comfortable handling application data and using Google Sheets to manage room assignments and shift schedules
→Firm & Diplomatic Assertiveness: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills to enforce convention rules firmly, safely, and professionally with party hosts and heavily energized crowds
→Problem-Solving under Pressure: The ultimate ability to "think on your feet" and remain completely calm, authoritative, and polite when managing logistics, attendee complaints, or sudden scheduling shifts during late-night operations
