Product Owner in Product Supply IT

• →Shape and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Product Supply IT solutions.
• →Work in a self-organizing product team, helping the team make informed decisions and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• →Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, align expectations, and maximize business value.
• →Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency, focus, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• →Drive continuous improvement of product capabilities and ways of working across Product Supply IT.
• →Participate in daily operations ensuring stable solutions and fast resolution of incidents and problems.
• →Vendor management and responsible for vendors and contracts relevant to the products together with the team.

You hold a relevant academic degree, preferably within Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, and have several years of experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience working with Agile product development and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create alignment across stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and empower teams to succeed.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience translating business needs into clear priorities and actionable outcomes.
• Understanding Product Supply, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, or ERP-related processes.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 FO (our ERP solution) is a plus, especially in a pharma context
