Physical Therapist (Early Intervention/ Home Visits)

We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County.

• Active California Physical Therapy License
• Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred (training available)
• Comfortable traveling between home visit locations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
