Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will coordinate and drive delivery across multiple integration workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. You will ensure complex technical initiatives move smoothly from planning through execution by managing dependencies, aligning roadmaps, resolving risks, and supporting delivery governance across the platform.

This is a technical leadership and delivery-focused role combining stakeholder management, planning, coordination, and consulting within a modern cloud-native integration environment.

• Act as a trusted advisor for integration delivery topics and technical feasibility
• Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
• Guide teams on integration patterns, workflows, and architecture approaches
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Own end-to-end delivery planning across multiple squads and workstreams
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery readiness
• Align engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams
• Track delivery progress and proactively manage blockers

• Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies
• Maintain visibility across delivery roadmaps and upcoming priorities
• Support roadmap planning with architects, product owners, and engineering leads
• Assess delivery feasibility, workload distribution, and capacity planning

• Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Ensure production delivery readiness including documentation, observability, and support processes
• Coordinate partner-platform delivery plans and integration timelines

• Strong experience working with cloud-native platforms, ideally Azure and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Good understanding of workflow orchestration technologies such as Argo Workflows, Airflow, or Temporal
• Experience managing technical delivery across multiple teams or products
• Strong planning, dependency management, roadmap, and risk management skills
• Understanding of integration patterns, message flows, workflows, and orchestration concepts
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, IaC, GitOps, and monitoring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership mentality

• Experience with enterprise integration platforms or modernization initiatives
• Exposure to migration projects toward cloud-native integration technologies
• Knowledge of platforms such as BizTalk, Informatica, or SAP BTP
• Experience working in international agile environments
