This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in:

• Painting
• Occasional Driving for Site Van 
• Carpet installation and repair
• General maintenance
• Basic repairs
• Apartment/unit turnovers
• Building upkeep

No extensive experience is required — we are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• →Assist with painting apartments, hallways, and common areas
• →Help with carpet removal, installation, and repairs
• →Support routine building maintenance and minor repairs
• →Prepare apartments and spaces for new residents
• →Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• →Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
