At Ascentria Care Alliance, our mission is rooted in helping people move forward together. Through our Services for New Americans program, we support refugees and immigrant families as they build safe, stable, and independent lives within our communities.
We are currently seeking compassionate, adaptable, and mission-driven individuals for flexible assignment-based Resettlement Navigator opportunities. These roles are designed to support periods of increased program demand, community growth, and special initiatives while helping ensure individuals and families receive timely, high-quality support during critical stages of resettlement.
In This Role, You May:
- Support refugee and immigrant families through the resettlement process
- Connect clients to housing, healthcare, benefits, employment, schools, and community resources
- Help coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, and service navigation
- Provide culturally responsive support and advocacy
- Assist individuals and families as they work toward self-sufficiency and community integration
- Collaborate with community agencies, partners, and internal teams to strengthen client outcomes
