ACU has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Wellness Consultant to join our Member Experience Department in Ashland, KY. This position will understand and execute on ACU’s strategic mission through the consistent application of policy, procedures, member experience behaviors, and financial wellness conversations.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Retail Sales Experience Preferred

Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
Problem Solving Skills

Ability to work Monday thru Thursday 8am to 5pm EST, Friday 8am to 6pm, and occasional Saturdays 9am to 1pm
