Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning activities across assigned product lines or business areas, ensuring alignment from supplier readiness to customer delivery

Ensure synchronization across demand, supply, inventory, capacity, production, and logistics
- →
Translate business priorities into integrated planning strategies and execution plans
- →
Lead prioritization and allocation decisions for constrained materials and capacity
- →
Identify and manage supply chain risks, disruptions, and execution gaps, driving mitigation and recovery actions
- →
Drive planning governance, models, and frameworks to support consistency and decision quality
- →
Maintain visibility across the full supply chain and ensure alignment with business objectives
- →
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders on end-to-end planning and supply chain topics
- →
Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Business Units
- →
Drive performance tracking and reporting across key metrics including service level, inventory, and execution reliability
- →
Support NPI, lifecycle transitions, and operational readiness planning
- →
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across planning processes and systems

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline10+ years of experience in end-to-end planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations

Strong understanding of demand and supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and order fulfillment

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, MRP)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across functions

High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus in a dynamic environment

Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry

Hands-on experience with integrated planning frameworks (IBP, S&OP, S&OE)Proven track record in managing supply disruptions and driving recovery strategies

Experience working across global supply chain and operations environments

Strong capability in process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence

Experience in digital transformation or system implementation in planning functions
