As a Lead II, Program Management at ASM, you will play a critical role in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex semiconductor capital equipment programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and successful execution of global product commercialization initiatives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Define and manage overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful execution through all product lifecycle phases, including global tool delivery
- →Drive program execution plans and deliverables to meet critical milestones from concept development to high-volume production
- →Facilitate regular program review meetings, communicate program status, and proactively identify risks, gaps, and required support
- →Track progress against program objectives, timelines, and key deliverables with strong accountability
- →Establish and monitor program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across successive product introductions
- →Act as a key stakeholder in corporate strategic initiatives related to product commercialization and process optimization
- →Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or related disciplines)
- 5–10 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership, preferably within semiconductor capital equipment
- Proven track record of managing configurable product programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing
- Strong project management, planning, and analytical capabilities
- Solid experience in cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to lead and influence across functions and organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer and results-oriented mindset
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution drive
