Lead II, Program Management

As a Lead II, Program Management at ASM, you will play a critical role in driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex semiconductor capital equipment programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, adherence to timelines, and successful execution of global product commercialization initiatives.

• →Define and manage overall NPI program schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and successful execution through all product lifecycle phases, including global tool delivery
• →Drive program execution plans and deliverables to meet critical milestones from concept development to high-volume production
• →Facilitate regular program review meetings, communicate program status, and proactively identify risks, gaps, and required support
• →Track progress against program objectives, timelines, and key deliverables with strong accountability
• →Establish and monitor program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across successive product introductions
• →Act as a key stakeholder in corporate strategic initiatives related to product commercialization and process optimization
• →Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science or related disciplines)
• 5–10 years of experience in program management or engineering project leadership, preferably within semiconductor capital equipment
• Proven track record of managing configurable product programs from concept through high-volume manufacturing
• Strong project management, planning, and analytical capabilities
• Solid experience in cross-functional stakeholder management in a global environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Ability to lead and influence across functions and organizational levels
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer and results-oriented mindset
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution drive
