Manager, Manufacturing Operations

  Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.

  Establish production schedules and performance metrics to meet customer and business requirements.
• →
  Monitor manufacturing performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• →
  Provide regular manufacturing performance updates and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• →
  Lead LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• →
  Support manufacturing space expansion and operational readiness projects.
• →
  Partner with engineering teams to investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• →
  Ensure manufacturing teams are appropriately staffed, trained, and equipped to perform assigned work.
• →
  Lead and develop a team of manufacturing supervisors, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• →
  Drive productivity and cost improvement programs across manufacturing operations
• →
  Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment.
• →
  Foster a culture of disciplined execution, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
• →
  Coach and mentor supervisors to strengthen leadership capability and team performance.
• →
  Conduct performance and development discussions and address employee relations matters as needed.
• →
  Anticipate operational challenges and proactively develop plans to meet manufacturing output requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations within a semiconductor capital equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, or complex assembly environment.
• Experience managing and developing manufacturing teams and frontline leaders.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using manufacturing metrics and KPIs to drive operational performance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience supporting manufacturing expansion, facility ramp-up, or capacity growth projects.
• Experience leading non-conformance investigations and corrective actions in partnership with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and capital equipment assembly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cultural or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
