The Senior /Lead, Operations Intelligence Automation (AI/ML Solutions Engineering) leads the strategy, architecture, governance, and deployment of AI capabilities for operations. This role owns the AI portfolio spanning machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI, and ensures measurable value realization at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

→Define and lead the AI roadmap aligned to operational priorities and enterprise strategy.
→Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Services.
→Oversee architecture, tooling, governance, and scaling standards for AI delivery.
→Lead senior stakeholders in prioritization, investment, and adoption planning.
→Ensure responsible AI, data quality, model governance, and lifecycle management practices are in place.
→Sponsor and review major AI solution designs, pilots, and production deployments.
→Build team capability and operating model standards for AI delivery.
→Track value realization, adoption, and strategic contribution of the AI portfolio.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in AI, digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise technology leadership.
Strong understanding of machine learning, generative AI, agent architectures, and AI operating models.
Proven success delivering AI solutions at scale in complex operational environments.
Strong leadership and executive communication capability.

Experience defining and managing enterprise AI portfolios
Strong background in enterprise architecture and technology governance
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience linking AI initiatives to measurable business value and outcomes
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
