Senior / Lead, Operations Intelligent Automation & Robotics Solutions

• →Define the automation and robotics strategy for operations and manufacturing environments.
• →Identify high-value opportunities across shopfloor, warehouse, quality, engineering, and support workflows.
• →Lead technology selection, business case development, pilot design, and scale-up strategy.
• →Establish standards for architecture, safety, governance, maintainability, and cybersecurity.
• →Drive change management and operating model transitions required for automation adoption.
• →Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and ecosystem providers.
• →Guide evaluation of emerging technologies including humanoid robotics and autonomous systems. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, digital manufacturing or operations transformation
• Proven experience deploying automation at scale in operational environments 
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business outcomes
