As a Senior Specialist, Project Management at ASM, you’ll drive complex, high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from concept to customer delivery. You’ll collaborate across global teams to ensure flawless execution, mitigate risks, and keep programs on track. Your work will enable ASM to deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the future of electronics.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery.
- →Facilitate cross-functional project teams and proactively assess and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
- →Monitor program execution using schedule tracking and reporting, evaluate metrics, and implement corrective actions.
- →Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with committed timelines.
- →Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving solutions.
- →Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership.
- →Review build plans, identify constraints, and recommend improvements.
- →Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning.
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products in a global market.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system
- Knowledge of production control, forecasting, and project management processes.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence across the organization and with external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and leverage resources effectively.
