10+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, EPC, industrial systems, or engineering-to-order environments, with 5+ years leading teams or PM organizations.
Proven track record building or scaling a PMO, project delivery function, or similar execution organization in a fast-paced operating environment.
Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget while managing customer expectations and internal constraints.
Strong operator mindset with the ability to drive execution and outcomes, not just manage status.
Experience managing large project portfolios with competing priorities, shifting timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
Solid financial acumen, including budget management, cost tracking, margin awareness, and change order discipline.
Strong risk identification, escalation management, and mitigation capability.
Experience implementing project management tools, systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that improve control and predictability.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, build teams, and create structure in environments that are scaling quickly.
