(Senior) Engineer I, Field service

As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at ASM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience with our advanced semiconductor equipment and contribute to our customers’ success by ensuring our technology performs flawlessly. • →Installation and setup of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• →Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• →Conduct preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
• →Complete structured training in ASM system operation and customer support.
• →Document service activities and provide internal updates.
• →Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• at least 3years of relevant experiences(cs, field service)
• A candidate who is willing to work in either Icheon or Cheongju
• Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems or automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Commute regularly to sites in Icheon, with occasional travel to Cheongju and other sites as well.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom environments.
