As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Aspinal of London, bringing our brand to life through exceptional service, product expertise, and genuine connections with our clients.
You'll create a luxury shopping experience that feels personal, engaging, and memorable, whether welcoming customers in store, supporting virtual shopping appointments, or building lasting relationships through clienteling.
Working as part of a passionate and driven team, you'll play an important role in achieving our commercial goals while ensuring every customer leaves with an experience that is uniquely Aspinal.
Responsibilities

- →Welcome and engage customers with warmth, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm.
- →Share your product knowledge and passion for Aspinal craftsmanship to inspire customers.
- →Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
- →Support virtual shopping appointments, connecting with customers beyond the store environment.
- →Drive sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- →Represent the Aspinal brand with confidence, professionalism, and authenticity.
- →Work collaboratively with the team to maintain outstanding store standards.
You'll be passionate about luxury retail and motivated by delivering experiences that go beyond expectations. You'll enjoy building relationships, have a natural flair for selling, and take pride in representing a premium British brand.
