Aspire Living & Learning is looking for a Service Coordinator/QIPD. The Service Coordinator/QIDP at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in overseeing the delivery of active treatment services in ICF group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. The Service Coordinator/QIDP leads the development, coordination and monitoring of individualized program plans to ensure services promote independence, skill development and quality of life.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related fields such as psychology, social work, special education, rehabilitation counseling, sociology, or a related discipline
- At least 1-year direct experience working with individuals with intellectual or other developmental disabilities including experience supporting or implementing individualized programs
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed program recommendations
- Demonstrated commitment to support individuals with dignity, respect and person-centered care with empathy, enthusiasm and passion.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Basic Computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
- Must have satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
