This position provides 80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.

Responsibilities

→Provide strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources;
→Respond to changes in analytical priorities;
→Assist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics while adhering to IC and DHS tradecraft guidance;
→Assist with analyzing all available information, reviewing raw and finished intelligence, and collaborating and coordinating with IC, DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and other partners;
→Assist with drafting and reviewing collection requirements, responding to requests for information (RFIs) or information needs of DHS leaders and stakeholders;
→Assist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer-review, and subject matter advice;
→Respond to Government Leadership feedback during prescribed timelines.

Requirements

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Working knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems
8 years of relevant experience OR
- 6 years of relevant experience with an Associates degree in relevant area of study;
- 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree in relevant area of study;
- 2 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree in relevant area of study;
- 0 years of relevant experience with a Doctorate in relevant area of study.
- Relevant fields of study include: English, Engineering, Business, the Sciences or related concentrations (e.g. Project Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, Law/Legal Studies, or Management/Leadership).

Onsite Position Requirements - This position requires regular onsite work at a government/customer facility. The employee must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:

Perform the essential duties of the position using government/customer-furnished computers, systems, equipment, and approved peripherals.
Access, review, enter, and communicate information through required customer systems and applications.
