Assertive Professionals is seeking a Junior Budget Analyst supporting our DOC customer. this position is Hybrid – Remote with onsite support at designated U.S. Government facilities as required.

This is a proposed position $2,000 sign-on bonus, or reimbursable relocation.

Position Summary
The Junior Budget Analyst will provide junior-level budget, financial, and resource management support to NTIA. The position will support budget execution, financial reporting, funding analysis, resource planning, and other financial management activities supporting mission execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support budget execution and ongoing financial management activities.
  • Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and development of budget-related data.
  • Support staffing and funding analysis.
  • Assist with resource planning and tracking.
  • Support portfolio management activities.
  • Assist with financial management operations and related reporting requirements.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze financial and resource data.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and other materials for Government stakeholders.
  • Track funding actions, expenditures, commitments, and other budget information as directed.
  • Coordinate with program, financial, and operational personnel to obtain information and support reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and supporting records.
  • Assist senior financial and budget personnel with recurring and ad hoc analysis.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current Public Trust or higher security clearance (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)
  • 3 Years of relevant experience (0 years with a degree in a relevant field)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field
