HR/Corporate Security Officer (HR/CSO)

The HR/Corporate Security Officer is responsible for HR functions including maintaining contract staffing through management of new hire pipeline and processing security clearance packages. Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all physical and operational security protocols to ensure the integrity of the transportation contract. The CSO will conduct regular security audits, manage personnel background suitability processes, and serve as the primary liaison with government security officials regarding incident reporting and threat assessments. Furthermore, the CSO will ensure that all security-related activities remain in strict compliance with federal regulations, agency policies, and contractual requirements to safeguard both personnel and detainees
