Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of onsite operations, ensuring that all transportation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual performance standards. They will directly oversee subordinate staff, monitor operational workflows, and address real-time logistical challenges to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service delivery. Additionally, the Site Manager will maintain accurate, on-site records of personnel attendance and shift performance, serving as the immediate point of contact for government representatives regarding site-specific operational concerns. The Site Manager should have at least 5 years’ experience in managing and supervising secure transportation operations or detention operations environment.
