Condominium Association is seeking a professional, service-oriented Valet & Concierge Support Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors through valet operations and concierge support. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a welcoming residential living experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Safely park, retrieve, and relocate resident and guest vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles upon arrival and report any visible damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and valet activity.
  • Assist in managing traffic flow and parking operations within the community.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and vehicle handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents and guests.
  • Support concierge and front desk operations as needed.
  • Assist with visitor management and guest registration procedures.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate resident concerns, maintenance requests, and service issues to management as appropriate.
  • Assist with special events and other community operations as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in valet, concierge, hospitality, customer service, residential services, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles of various makes and models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
