• → Region Oversight: Plan, manage and track KPIs including job profitability, project timelines, customer service and compliance with standards.
• → Grow Profitability: Partner with sales team and branches to grow profitable installed services business.
• → Region Leadership: Set expectations, hire, coach, train and monitor team performance and productivity.
• → Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and serve as a reliable and knowledgeable resource for customers, sales teams and direct reports.
• → Flexibility to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, up to 40% of the time.

• 7+ years of construction-based leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven leadership experience directing high-performing teams and overseeing complex customer operations across multiple states and regions
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales professionals, and leadership teams
• Self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process; special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, communicate issues promptly, and implement creative solutions
