About the Role
~1 min readWe're looking for an AI-forward digital marketer to own and scale our inbound engine. This person has exceptional judgment about where buyers spend their time, which channels are gaining momentum, and where marketing dollars generate the highest return. They treat every channel like an investment portfolio: constantly measuring, experimenting, reallocating spend, and building repeatable pipeline. Their goal is to turn every marketing channel into a measurable growth system, continually improving efficiency, uncovering new opportunities, and building a diversified inbound engine that compounds over time. A builder at heart, they're equally strategic, analytical, and hands-on.
Responsibilities
~1 min readStrong commercial mindset. You think like an investor, allocating budget based on evidence, opportunity size, and expected return, not habit or opinion.
You think in portfolios, not channels. You're constantly balancing proven investments with emerging opportunities, reallocating budget based on evidence, and building an inbound engine that becomes more efficient and resilient over time.
Excellent marketing judgment and taste. You have a strong intuition for messaging, creative, offers, and buyer behavior, and you know how to validate that intuition through experimentation and data.
Demonstrated ability to identify, validate, and scale high-performing acquisition channels. You know when to double down, when to pivot, and how to reallocate budget based on data rather than assumptions.
Exceptional analytical instincts. You're obsessed with understanding why metrics moved, not just reporting them. You naturally connect channel performance to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on with CRO and web analytics: landing page testing, conversion funnels, GA4/HubSpot
SEO fundamentals plus a sharp point of view on AEO and LLM discoverability
Demonstrated AI fluency: research, analysis, and content workflows with human QA; tools like Claude
