Head of Facilities

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Head of Facilities to take full accountability for the performance, development, compliance, and future evolution of our estates, facilities, infrastructure, and site services operations.

 This role is critical in ensuring our operational environment consistently supports elite performance, innovation, and competitive excellence at the highest level of motorsport. You will lead the development and delivery of a long-term Facilities & Estates Strategy that ensures our campus, utilities, buildings, and services remain safe, compliant, efficient, and future-ready.
