The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning programs that support employee growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This role plays a key part in modernizing onboarding, building internal training curriculum, and supporting HR transformation initiatives.

• →Redesign and enhance onboarding to improve new hire experience and speed-to-productivity
• →Develop and implement structured training programs and curriculum
• →Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps and development needs
• →Support organizational change and HR transformation initiatives
• →Design and deliver engaging learning experiences (in-person, virtual, self-paced)
• →Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and feedback
• →Create and manage learning materials (presentations, guides, e-learning)
• →Support leadership development and career growth initiatives
• →Maintain and optimize LMS content and reporting
• →Facilitate workshops and training sessions
• →Promote a culture of continuous learning

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 2–5 years in Learning & Development
• Experience designing onboarding programs and training curriculum
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives preferred

• Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
• Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools preferred
• Analytical mindset with focus on measuring impact
