Your mission is to not only deliver amazing client experiences by processing back office transactions to ensure that your sales team and your clients are well taken care of. You enjoy getting the job done right the first time and thrive in a fast paced, multitasking environment. As ATB’s next Business Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing specialized support to the MD, Business Performance and Insights, within the ATB Business Banking team, managing the administrative functions of the group in a fast paced environment with constant shifting priorities and providing extended executive support to various committees, events, and enterprise partnerships. We are looking for someone who loves nothing more than delivering exceptional service to their leaders and team and someone who takes pride in being able to build strong relationships that encourage collaboration and teamwork. You will provide a wide range of confidential executive and discretionary support in an effective and well organized manner. The successful candidate must have experience in a dynamic environment where a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail is required. ## Accountabilities * Create a wow experience for all team members by anticipating needs and collaborating to solve business problems. * Assist in supporting the administration to the entire Business Solutions team, including onboarding of new team members, managing the distribution and FTE changes, securing IT assets. * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills that you will use when preparing a variety of correspondence of a diverse nature and sometimes highly confidential nature, including letters, emails, reports and presentations for audiences at all levels in the organization. This can include Executive level correspondence, communication, and reporting. * Have excellent organizational skills to plan and manage team events virtually and in-person, including team livestream, team training and conference. * Provide coordination and administrative support to the team by managing administrative activities including calendars, team operational items such as technology requests, distribution lists, resources and preparing the teams for various internal and external meetings. * Enjoy making things balance and reconciling which is great as you will be responsible for reviewing expenses and invoices, coding, submitting for payment while keeping an eye on the applicable budgets. * Demonstrate an ability to work with several different teams, effectively managing your time and balancing multiple, sometimes changing, priorities. * Be known as approachable, collaborative and agile. You look for opportunities to work together with others with an eye towards finding efficiencies. You have a reputation for being extremely professional, delivering exceptional customer service, all while having fun doing it! * Have a solid knowledge of business rules, processes and policies and use this to make recommendations for identifying opportunities and solutions. * Be valued by your colleagues and customers as the knowledgeable go-to person who finds answers, delivers smart, simple and helpful solutions and finds a way to get things done accurately and on time. * Be the “glue” that holds the team together. You take care of all day to day team logistics. You are the point person for team communications and coordinating team member “life events” such as welcoming new members, celebrating milestones and creating an amazing customer and team member experience. * Provide assistance on Business Banking events - including big ticket, business summit, and additional town-halls or roadshows * Assist the Advisory Pricing sub-committee as the Secretary * Participate in the rewards & recognition committee and coordinate the quarterly submissions of EDH * Support the enterprise rewards council ## Skills, experience & requirements * Minimum 3+ years previous experience in an executive administration role * Degree in Business or other related field of study is preferred * Proficiency in the Google Suite of Office products, especially Google sheets, word and slides * Strong oral and written business communication skills, with high attention to detail * Superior organizational and time management skills, including coordinating international scheduling * Proven ability to build impactful relationships across all levels of the organization * Ability to establish and maintain superior filing and tracking systems * Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality Don’t meet all the requirements on the list?
