As a year-round Outside Service / Golf Cart Attendant, you are responsible for delivering first-class service to our guests out on the golf course. You clean golf carts and member-stored clubs according to our high-quality standards. Maintaining an organized appearance around our facility, you monitor the cart staging area as well as clear and reset the driving range stations. Whenever a guest comes to you with a comment or complaint, you report it to management in a timely manner to help find a solution.

In addition, you maintain a working knowledge about the game of golf in order to better assist our guests. You participate in staff meetings and training as necessary to stay up to date on important information related to our country club. Being part of a team that loves golf and helping people as much as you do bring you great fulfillment and encourages you to put forth your best effort each day!

This full-time entry-level customer service position works a flexible schedule year-round that includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts typically range from 6 to 8 hours.

Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of the oldest existing clubs in Texas and home to Harvey Penick, one of the greatest golf instructors who ever lived. As a private, family-oriented club that is rich in tradition, we are known for the quality of our membership and unmatched customer service that exceeds expectations. We are located along the banks of the Colorado River with Austin's iconic Pennybacker Bridge as our backdrop. Spanning over 180 acres of hill country vistas and canyon views in Davenport Ranch, our property is just 10 miles west of downtown Austin.

Basic knowledge of golf operations and the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills
