~1 min readThe Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials, and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage, and preparing it for shipment. This worker may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- →Ability to operate and read a RF gun and computer
- →Electric and nonelectric pallet jack skills
- →Possesses basic math skills
- →Basic computer skills
- →Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- →The ability to navigate safely in small or large areas/environment
- →The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
- →Good verbal and written communication skills
- →Able to read, comprehend and understand information and ideas presented in writing or in alternative form
- →Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- →Demonstrates sound work ethics

- Forklift Certification or the ability to attain certification through the company's training if needed
