Electrical & Instrumentation Technician (Increased Pay)

The E&I Technician works closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and operations. The position reports directly to the E&I Maintenance Supervisor located in McArthur, Ohio.

• →Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems up to 480V.
• →Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, ohm meters, and other diagnostic tools.
• →Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on motors, drives, and MCCs.
• →Troubleshoot and repair VFDs and motor control circuits.
• →Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation.
• →Perform loop checks, instrument calibrations, and verification of control system functionality.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an I&E technician, controls technician, automation technician, or similar role.
• Experience working with industrial PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency with multimeters and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols preferred.
• Experience with robotics preferred.

• Electrical and instrumentation systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, loop drawings, technical manuals, and ladder logic.
• Ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair complex automated machines.
• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and control loops.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including electromechanical assemblies.

This position requires no travel. Time will be spent in all areas of the plant, both indoors and outdoors, in all-weather elements.
