| About This Role
全社の人事機能を統括するCEO直下のポジションです。社員数が日米合わせて100名を超え、本格的な体制づくりが必要となるフェーズに差し掛かりました。多種多様な働き方を支え、組織／人のパフォーマンスが最大化し続けるためには、経営戦略に合わせた戦略人事を立案・実行し、組織の成長に合わせて人事制度をアップデートしていくことが必要です。また、現在4名のHRチームを率いて、全社の人事組織に関するビジョンを設定し、人事施策のロードマップの策定と実行、そしてより強いカルチャーを構築して体現する役割を担います。
