AutoDS is looking for a powerhouse Growth Marketing Team Lead to spearhead the evolution of our main brand. This isn't just about managing a team. It's about owning the conversion engine of our primary revenue driver while leading the company's lifecycle channel across all brands.

In this role, you will lead a dedicated Growth Squad (Design, copywriting and Web Development) focused on relentless conversion rate optimization (CRO). Simultaneously, you will hold a high-level strategic seat, managing the Email Marketing specialist across all company brands.

You are the bridge between incoming traffic and high-intent conversion. If you are a master of funnels who can lead a squad while steering a company-wide lifecycle channel, we want you.

  • Squad Leadership: Direct management of a cross-functional squad (Design, Copywriting, and Development) dedicated to the AutoDS main brand.
  • Company-Wide Oversight: Leading the strategy and execution for Email Marketing across all company brands.
  • Conversion Engine: Full ownership of the AutoDS main brand mid and bottom of funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (Main Brand): Own the hypothesis, execution, and measurement of A/B tests and funnel improvements to turn traffic into active users.
  • Cross-Company Email Leadership: Manage the Email Marketing specialists across all brands, ensuring lifecycle programs perform at scale.
  • Squad Operations: Lead the day-to-day workflow and tasks for your dedicated designer, copywriter, and developers to ensure high-velocity, high-quality output.
  • Funnel Alignment: Partner with the UA functions to ensure incoming traffic lands on optimized experiences and is captured by lifecycle programs end to end and also work closely with the Product team to ensure optimal conversions down the funnel. 
  • Rapid Experimentation: Maintain a rigorous testing backlog across landing pages, on-page elements, signup flows, activation moments, and email automation sequences.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Partner with the data team to build dashboards that track key growth KPIs, providing clear insights to stakeholders on how your squad and channels are driving the bottom line.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Growth/Performance Marketing experience in a B2C or B2SMB SaaS environment.
  • Proven Leadership: Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Developers, or Marketing Specialists).
  • CRO Expertise: A track record of measurably improving conversion rates through structured A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Email & Lifecycle Mastery: Deep understanding of Email Marketing lifecycle strategy, segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Comfort working with adjacent functions to align upstream traffic with downstream conversion.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with analytics and other relevant tools (e.g. Tableau, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Braze) to generate actionable insights from complex data.
  • High-Level English: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency is a must.
  • Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g. VWO), Claude Code + Cowork, and a strong understanding of how to leverage dev/design resources effectively.
  • Bonus: Experience in the e-commerce industry or familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
