This role will be within the AutoSync team.

At AutoSync, we’re transforming how the automotive industry connects dealers, marketplaces, and consumers. Our software powers digital growth for businesses and creates seamless buying experiences for customers. We’re scaling fast — and looking for experienced product leaders to help shape what’s next.

Location: Toronto or Montreal

What you'll do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle of a major product area within the AutoSync portfolio — from discovery through delivery and into long-term health
  • Lead the expansion of a product into new markets and customer segments — evaluating the distinct needs of those segments, validating hypotheses through structured discovery, and building a consistent strategy and roadmap that serves stakeholders across those markets
  • Bring an experimental, AI-first approach to how you work — actively applying AI tools to accelerate research, story refinement, prototyping, and discovery workflows
  • Work confidently within an agile environment, leading large-scale discovery, complex rollout planning, and iterative delivery — with a clear sense of accountability for outcomes at every stage
  • Write high-quality product stories, acceptance criteria, and technical context that enables engineering teams to move confidently and quickly — and show up as a trusted thought partner in technical conversations
  • Execute end-to-end on key initiatives with full ownership: cross-functional alignment, stakeholder communication, and tracking outcomes after launch — proactively surfacing risks and opportunities before they become blockers
  • Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and alignment across the business — including navigating ambiguity and making the call when data is incomplete
  • Learn our customers deeply and serve as their advocate, ensuring what we build solves real problems and earns adoption across diverse markets and segments
  • Partner with design, engineering, data, sales, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes — operating as the connective tissue between teams
  • Exemplify great product practices — clear thinking, rigorous discovery, transparent communication — and collaborate actively to continuously strengthen the team
  • Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and impact to executives and partners — simplifying complexity without losing substance

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, digital platforms, or multi-product environments — with a track record of end-to-end ownership
  • Experience working across more than one product organization, bringing a breadth of perspective on what great product teams look like in practice
  • Demonstrated capability applying AI tools across your product work — research, prototyping, story writing, prioritization, or workflow acceleration; you’re an innovative experimenter, not just a user
  • Experience leading or contributing to market or segment expansion — evaluating new customer contexts, shaping strategy for new audiences, and aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified roadmap
  • Strong Product Management acumen including story-writing and engineering partnership skills, Go-To-Market planning alongside our Product Marketing partners, and an overall product point of view that favors our customers.
  • Comfortable with multi-level stakeholder management — displays proactive communication and project management skills that keep leadership, partners, and teams informed. Demonstrating stongchange management thinking
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to size opportunities, define success metrics, and make revenue-informed tradeoffs — comfortable building and defending a business case for new markets and investment decisions
  • A collaborative team player who shares knowledge openly, holds themselves accountable, and makes the people around them better

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a vertical that service small to large businesses like automotive, fitness, food service, hospitality, or similar — where you’ve navigated the dynamics of servicing many segments within a vertical.
  • Familiarity with product growth strategies (conversion, engagement, retention) at the dealer/business or platform level
  • Hands-on experience working on or using a CRM tool
  • Experience managing or influencing strategy across a multi-product portfolio with integration touchpoints
