As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Billing & Collections Specialist to support timely premium collection, accuracy of account balances, and compliance in non-payment cancellation workflows. The Billing & Collections Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate receivables, collecting outstanding premium, and supporting the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines. This position works closely with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds to ensure accounts remain current and cancellation timelines are met.

2–4 years of experience in insurance billing, collections, premium accounting, or agency operations.

Knowledge of P&C insurance billing methods (agency bill, direct bill, premium finance).

Proficiency in agency/MGA management systems (AIM, Vertafore, Applied, or similar).
