As a Case Management Analyst on Managed Returns team, you will support customers with tax compliance questions related to the setup, maintenance, and ongoing use of our Managed Returns service. You will resolve customer inquiries, work with partner teams to address issues, and help customers get the most value from the service. Your work will help customers meet their compliance obligations while contributing to service improvements and process efficiencies. Reporting to the Manager, Tax Compliance Services, you will work onsite in Pune, India #LI-Onsite. 

  • Manage customer cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.

  • Provide guidance on Managed Returns setup, maintenance, filing processes, and service usage.

  • Investigate and resolve complex compliance inquiries by researching issues and identifying solutions.

  • Provide updates and guidance to customers and team members through case management systems, email, and phone interactions.

  • Meet service level agreements for response times, resolution times, and quality standards.

  • Partner with other teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

  • Support on-time filing performance and reduce escalations through proactive case ownership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce rework, and use AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.

  • Contribute to team knowledge through documentation, knowledge sharing, and peer support.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in case management, tax compliance operations, or customer-facing roles handling complex inquiries.

  • Experience managing high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines, service levels, and quality standards.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to use AI-enabled tools, share knowledge and improve team effectiveness and customer outcomes.

  • Accounting licensure, like CPA
