What We Offer

Drive full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
Design and manage a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability in global HR operations.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
✔️ Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
✔️ High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
