What We Offer

✓Drive full-cycle international recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top global talent.
✓Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define role requirements across different regions.
✓Design and manage a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for international new hires.
✓Serve as the main point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters.
✓Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions.
✓Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
✓Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
✓Track and report key talent metrics (time-to-hire, retention, engagement) and suggest data-driven improvements.
✓Streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability in global HR operations.
✓✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
✓✔️ 1-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles.
✓✔️ Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices.
✓✔️ Proven ability to manage multiple hiring and operational projects in a fast-paced environment.
✓✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
✓✔️ Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday).
✓✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data.
✓✔️ High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
