• →Support day-to-day resourcing activities, aligning consultants to projects that meet both client needs and career goals
• →Provide guidance on prioritising business demands to help ensure effective deployment of talent
• →Collaborate with consultants to understand skills, experience, and aspirations for suitable opportunities
• →Partner with resourcing leads, recruitment, HR, and L&D to support delivery of business demand
• →Analyse client demand to identify skills gaps and contribute to recruitment planning

• Experience in resourcing, workforce planning, consulting, or recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyse and present data clearly

• Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment
• Strong presentation skills, including supporting onboarding or induction sessions
• Familiarity with resourcing processes in fast-paced organisations
• Interest in talent development and employee experience
• Confidence in supporting decision-making across multiple stakeholders
