• →Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking admission to our programs
• →Conduct initial telephonic intake process professionally and efficiently
• →Carry out phone screening with compassion and respect, providing encouragement
• →Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) immediately upon creation of a lead
• →Record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently
• →Facilitate the intake process by obtaining and verifying necessary documentation, including insurance information, identification, and medical records
• →Coordinate with respective facility to inform of all upcoming admissions, ensuring availability and timely admission
• →Arrange transportation to facility for any future admissions, if necessary

• If in recovery, min. 1 year period of sustained sobriety required
• 1 year of industry-related experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dignified and compassionate character
• Strong multitasking skills and sound judgement
