➢ What You'll Do

  • Coordinate between treatment team, facility staff, and utilization review (UR) department.
  • Collaborate with clinical/medical team on level-of-care placement, clinical clarification, and addressing UR notes.
  • Partner with insurance for single case agreements, peer reviews, precertification, and concurrent reviews.
  • Support client UR needs with the Client Care Advocate (insurance forms, coverage lapses, payor/employer calls).
  • Manage facility-to-corporate UR communication (admissions, level-of-care changes, discharge adherence).
  • Monitor clinical operations and communication to identify gaps, errors, and process improvements with leadership.
  • Conduct chart audits for compliance, billing accuracy, insurance alignment, and discharge review.
  • Track and follow up on missing chart items to ensure accountability and quality assurance.

➢ What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma/ GED required
  • Min. 1 year experience in treatment industry required
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Acute observational, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Clinical intervention and de-escalation skills
