Transform Labs is looking for a Senior .NET/Angular Developer Team Lead to drive development on an automotive application.
We need a hands-on technical leader with 7+ years of experience who can write great code, mentor a small team, and play well with everyone else, including the client.
You bring:
- Strong .NET Core and Angular experience
- A track record of leading and mentoring developer teams
- Comfort running code reviews and holding a high bar for quality
- Experience working in a fully Agile environment
- Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level
- U.S.-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
You'll need your own equipment for this position, although we'll pay for any subscriptions/seats.
Machine requirements:
Windows
- Windows 11 Pro
- 32GB RAM+
- 12th generation Core i7 / Core i9 (or AMD equivalent)
- 2TB SSD (or nvme) minimum
Mac
- macOS 15 or later
- M2 or newer (Pro/Max/Ultra preferred)
- 16GB RAM or more
- 1TB SSD or more
Nice to have: experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Preference given to candidates in Ohio or Michigan — while rare, occasional in-person meetings may be required. Travel reimbursed.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers day to day
- Architect and build features from the ground up
- Own the code review process, follow set quality standards, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with our full Agile team — designers, PMs, QA, Product Mgrs.
- Interface directly with client stakeholders
- Keep learning and growing both personally and professionally
