The Financial Systems Technology team plays a critical role in modernizing enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and continuous system optimization. This team is deeply involved in enhancing financial reporting, automation, and enterprise-wide system integrations.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) applications, primarily within Financials
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions
• Design and support integrations, data migration, and system enhancements across financial platforms
• Partner with finance, technology, and business teams to align system capabilities with operational needs
• Manage system upgrades, patching, and Oracle Cloud release cycles
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle environments
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, including strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials
• Proven experience with modules such as GL, AHCS, and related financial applications
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, configurations, and financial business processes
• Experience with PL/SQL, reporting tools (FRS, SmartView), and data integration techniques
• Demonstrated ability to manage upgrades, patching, and cloud release cycles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments
• Ability to work independently in a remote, enterprise setting
