This team partners closely with business stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations to improve processes, support global expansion, and modernize Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities. The environment is collaborative, highly engaged, and focused on using technology to reduce manual work, improve business visibility, and deliver scalable solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to support high-impact Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing while working with internal teams, offshore resources, and business leaders. The position is flexible for the right candidate, with remote work possible and limited onsite travel for key project milestones, workshops, UAT, or training. There is also potential for long-term extension and conversion based on mutual fit.

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points, gather requirements, and recommend practical Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Support supply chain and manufacturing initiatives, including new inventory organizations, logistics organizations, warehouse setups, 3PL launches, and product launch readiness.
• Help mature an IT playbook for repeatable business scenarios so new organizations, launches, and operational changes can be executed more efficiently.
• Work with internal and offshore teams to guide solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Support Oracle Redwood rollout across SCM-related modules, helping move users from classic UI to Redwood over time.
• Manage and prioritize enhancements, incidents, backlog items, and monthly release cycles through change control processes.
• Collaborate on reporting and analytics initiatives, including requirements gathering, data mapping, and coordination with Qlik/reporting teams.
• Support master data governance efforts and help formalize processes around product, supply chain, and operational data.
• Contribute to process automation and AI-related opportunities where applicable.

• 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience required; 15+ years preferred.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience, ideally across inventory, manufacturing, order management, product master/PIM, procurement, planning, or costing.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, enhancements, configurations, testing, deployments, or post-go-live optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing business processes, including inventory, logistics, order management, product launches, and master data.
• Ability to work directly with business users, identify pain points, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience guiding offshore teams, technical teams, or implementation partners through solution delivery.
• Exposure to change control, SDLC, UAT, release planning, and regulated/GxP environments preferred.
• Experience with Redwood, AI Agent Studio, Qlik, ServiceNow, Agile, Confluence, Veeva, SQL, reporting, or data mapping is a plus.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, resourcefulness, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
